The charity has been active for over 150 years defending paths and precious green space no matter how large or small and our campaigning works. Changes in legislation, development pressures and neglect pose a real danger to our path network and landscapes, city or countryside, every day. We have responded to more than 700 calls for advice and help in the last year and the number is increasing.

We really value every one of our members as they provide the mandate for our voice to be heard so that we can work effectively to save commons, footpaths, village greens, bridleways, parks and green spaces from the threat of adverse change. All members are kept up to date with our work and have access to a huge amount of expert knowledge and case study experience on our website and from our member magazines, social media and eZines.
