General Meeting Autumn 2021

We held a general meeting online on 20 September formally to give effect to the members’ wishes in relation to the special resolution to amend our articles. It had been proposed to make provision for online general meetings and to tidy up some anomolies.  In view of the ongoing caution in relation to Covid-19 pandemic, the general meeting was held by videoconference.

Phil Wadey our, chairman, chaired the event which was attended by 22 members.

The resolution was passed with the results having been counted in advance of the meeting.
