Jackie has been a member of the Society since 2000. Her interest was sparked by a misguided attempt to turn a registered green in her district into a paved car park. She is an enthusiastic user of footpaths and other rights of way, both on foot and less regularly on horseback. Jackie is a solicitor by profession (now non practicing) and has also worked in the financial services industry. She is a member of the National Trust and the RSPB. Jackie lives in a village in North Oxfordshire and her other interests include historic buildings, theatre and the arts.
