| A registered commoner in Wales for a number of
years. More recently secretary of Cefn Bryn common and involved in
the Tir Cymen Management Committee for the area providing conservation
and enlarged public access. Currently involved in campaign to
reverse private and financial incursions for gain (including through the
use of lottery money) across this and other local commons. This
common replied to DETR paper (February 2000) emphasising throughout the
need for enforcement of section 194 violations - particularly in Wales.
